If you are looking to start a new career that makes a difference, CDI College's Child and Youth Services Worker program is a great place to start. In the program, you will pick up the skills you need to enter the rewarding social services field, with training in areas focused on helping at-risk youth, including psychology, poverty, and addictions.
Program Duration:
49 weeks
Upon graduation, you can specialize in helping youth through issues of family troubles, domestic violence, and mental health. Upon graduation, you can find employment in a number of areas including drug and alcohol treatment facilities, correctional facilities, group homes, aboriginal agencies and other community service facilities.
